All sales are final, no exceptions. The Silver J’s pieces are handmade to be durable and withstand time. However, all pieces are fragile. The Silver J is not responsible for broken stones past two weeks of purchase. If any silver elements on your piece are damaged, please fill out the form below and we will reach out to you. The Silver J makes not promises that we will be able to fix the item in any way.

The Silver J is not responsible for any sizing errors on your part. Please make sure you know the correct sizing needed prior to ordering.

The Silver J is not responsible for any lost, stollen, or damaged items during shipping. If you would like to have Signature delivery required please email us at the time of your purchase.

The Silver J reserves the right to refuse service to anybody with or without reason.
